The fruit in a Smoothie Fresh smoothie is instant quick frozen , or IQF fruit

IQF fruit is picked , prepared and frozen within two to four hours which means that it retains more of its vitamins and nutrients than unfrozen ‘fresh’ fruit which can take days or even weeks to reach you.

When you ask for a Smoothie Fresh Smoothie it is simply blended from frozen with fruit juice and nothing else to create an ice cold refreshing and healthy drink.

Because the fruit in our Smoothies is picked and quickly frozen it is un-pasteurised. This again helps retain its goodness and because our Smoothies are blended directly from the frozen fruit there’s no need to worry about how long its been on the shelf , either as a retailer or a customer.
